Dusk Glen is a small, isolated, and peculiar town that lives deep in the Duskwood to the north. The border of civilized Taelmoor is generally considered to be south of Duskwood, and therefore Dusk Glen is mostly independent and typically gets ignored by Vale.
This is largely because Duskwood is overflowing with magical creatures and beasts, most of whom are nefarious at the least, and deadly the worst. Travelers and caravans practically never pass through the Duskwood as a result, leaving Dusk Glen to its own devices.
